This Could Be Why You’re Depressed or Anxious” — Jonathan Hari’s TED Talk This was one of the most illuminating talks I’ve seen on the topic of depression and anxiety. Jonathan spent years traveling the world interviewing experts to understand the root causes to - and surprising treatments for - depression and anxiety. If you or someone you know struggle with mental illness, give this short video a watch. It can reframe how you think about the illness. Key takeaway: the primary cause of depression is not your biology, but rather a result of multiple factors in how we live.
