If you don’t know Tim Urban, you have to check him out. He’s the writer behind the hilarious blog Wait But Why, which has some of my favorite blog posts across a multitude of topics.

But this is the TED Talk that really put Tim on the map for the mainstream.

In this hilarious yet insightful talk, Tim details his experience of being a chronic (and I mean CHRONIC) procrastinator, explaining both the mechanisms behind why we procrastinate and what to do about it.

I’m not trying to point any finger, but I have a hunch a few of you out there are chronic procrastinators (I’m talking to you college kids who use Present!)
